Danglez bra completed

I continued working on my Danglez DB4 on Saturday and finished it on Sunday. A very plain beige/flesh lycra bra with no frills.



Unfortunately the cups turned out to be too small - but Dini of Danglez has already sent me a detailed email on how to adapt the pattern to a larger cup size. It's absolutely great to be able to send the bra designer photos of the bra and get feedback the same day! With previous bra patterns I just had to try and figure it out myself (needless to say without much luck) until I discovered the zelflingeriemaken forum, where I could post photographs of me in my badly fitting Sewy Rebecca bra and got very constructive advice.


I have already traced my new pattern and hope to start cutting out tomorrow.

    Hi Tina: I'm going to sew this this weekend and I'm wondering about size. I'm def a 70 band but I think I'm going to cut the F cup for the 75 because I'm between a 94 - 97 cm (somewhere in there and I really don't want to sew yet another bra that turns out to be too small). Can you offer any advice about sizing? Thanks so much, K
